Reviews and Recommendations
It is a commonly held belief that when you have a good experience with something you tell one or two others but if you have a bad experience you might tell ten others - i.e. bad news travels fast. This was certainly presented as a 'truth' during my academic studies into the wonderful world of marketing. I am not intending to use this section of my site to moan and groan (although I won't rule out the occasional gripe) but I will share with you some of the pleasures I get from reading a good book, going to a good gig, watching a decent movie, good service from a vendor etc.
